hello again everyone,

A Remedy-based service is trying to send a message to my BizTalk web service. The issue is that even though the client maps the appropriate fields from its form to the fields defined within the BizTalk message schema, and the client is attempting to send
a message across, the message I end up receiving through BizTalk ends up being an empty record, missing values for the child fields. I have been able to receive an expected message through a test client that I built, which would indicate that the logic is
fine on BizTalk's side. But so is the case on the other side, since the fields are mapped once a web reference has been added to the BizTalk web service. Has anyone else encountered such an issue? Is there something I'm overlooking?
