It seems like a "party" cannot see the dynamic send port?? Can someone tell me how to associate the dynamic send port to the "party"??

If I understand you correctly, you need to set the destination party context
property. I think you need to do this on the message going to the send
port.

You also have to setup the party/port setting when you bind the
orchestration. You have to indicate which parties play which roles and
which ports they use when they play that role.
