I promoted a Distinguished field (number) in a web reference (refernce.xsd),
but i can't set it in message assignement shape...

mymessage.????
mymessage(number)???

the exspression editor fail.

can you help me??

The syntax is myMessage(name of propriety promoted). If you d'ont see the promoted check the file ProprietySchema.xsd.

is not a property, but a Distinguished field: it work fine with a class manually defined but don't work with a class for ws generated with xsd.exe from a schema.

You cannot see the Distinguished field from a response message by ws. You can see it just assignment the response message to an internal temporary message. If you promote the internal temp. message's property you can see the Distinguished field originaly.

Non è una response, ma una request; ho necessitÃ_ di impostare un campo del messaggio di input per il ws che non posso fare tramite mappa.

Ho usato i Distinguished fields promossi all'interno del reference.xsd e tutto funziona se la classe di input del ws è fatta manualmente, mentre non posso vedere i campi promossi dentro l'espressio editor se la classe di cui sopra è stata generata con x
sd.exe /c anziché costruita manualmente...perché???
