I think that problem is inside the command prompt.
Try to use the Visual Studio .NET Command Prompt inside the next path: Start-->Program -->Microsoft Visual Studio .NET -->Visual Studio.NET Tools-->Visual Studio .NET Command Prompt.

I am running this command from VS.NET command prompt only. I thought there
could be some machine problem, so I restarted it again, but problem still
there.
