Calling a web service with NO parameters, SOAP Returns null

I have created an orchestration that sends out a file, writes to a SQL Db and
calls a web service. When I run it, all the tasks execute fine that are after
the SOAP call but the SOAP call itself returns null. I have constructed a
message that maps to a Message Type of the SOAP request with nothing in it. I
need to know what am I doing wrong.

Please Help
