i've got the following error while using Biztalk Web Services Publishing Wizard:

Failed to create project "http://localhost/TestBTS".
[System.Runtime.InteropServices.COMException] Interface not registered

i try to fix error by create "c:\inetpub\wwwroot\TestBTS" and make to application in IIS, and use my Application Pool which the identity of is appPool is member of "Biztalk Isolated Host Users" before publish orchestration, but error is still ocurred. -_-''

how can i do?????

(i use win2003)
