BizTalk Server Orchestration - FTP Anonymous Connection

Hi

I have a FTP Adapter (Receive) in my orchestration.
I have configured my machine as FTP Server which allows Anonymous Connections.

I am able to browe the FTP site also (ftp://10.116.14.185).

When i run my orchestration i am getting the following error

Unable to connect to the FTP server "10.116.14.185" as user "" verify
address, port and logon credentials ".

How do i make my FTP Adapter to accept Anonymous user ?
