How can i get ActionInstanceID and TaskID from TaskResponse in HWS

first, sorry for my insufficient knowledge about hws.

ok, let's see my problem.
now i have a very simple activity model. i just activate new activity flow by attach activation message (and send out TaskMessage via FILE adapter), but after the target user has a response to task (send TaskResponse message) i should transit to the next step in Activity flow by using method "GetActivityList" of web service, but i in later step, ActionInstanceID and TaskID are required as parameters of this method (i pass Guid.Empty as parameters for both). which step i should get one? (can i get one before send the TaskMessage?)
