Passing Credentials from Orchestration to another Webservice

I am developing a orchestration that will be published as a webservice. In
the orchestration I call another webservice which does not have anonymous
access enabled. I can pass credentials to the orchestration published
webservice but how do I pass those credentials onto the second webservice?
