I tried several infopath forms (as fast GUI development for my tests in
biztalk and it worked every time.. You can try to use the fiddler tool (on
your client machine) to intercept what it is(InfoPath) sending and
receiving:

http://www.bayden.com/fiddler/

From that page:
What is Fiddler?
Fiddler is a HTTP Debugging Proxy which logs all HTTP traffic between your
computer and the Internet. Fiddler allows you to watch HTTP Traffic, set
breakpoints, and "fiddle" with incoming or outgoing data. Fiddler is
designed to be much simpler than using NetMon or Achilles.

I can access the webservice perfectly with the IE browser
and also with the 3rd party tools . but when i try to add
a data connection it suddenly comes up with the error
dialog saying XML document in schema is not valid ... and
i dont see anything in Fiddler tool also . dont know whats
going on exactly . is there is any bug in infopath sp1 -
preview version ..
