Author Port Binding use HTTP

I create a webservice project, build it and test it is OK.
It's URL is http://localhost/testWL/wl.asmx and webmethod name is wlpo.

When I bind the request-response port, use HTTP trans and set URI:
http://localhost/testWL/wl.asmx, http://localhost/testWL/wl, or
http://localhost/testWL/wl.asmx/wlpo, I got error message in event-log:

"deny way" or "Internal server error".
How should I set the URI correctly?

Thanks for any advice, David.
