Deployment of orchestration fails - Tutorial 1

Hi,

Being new to BizTalk I started out with Tutorial 1 that's part of BT2004.
When trying to deploy the orchestration assembly I got the following error:
Binding Exception; Cast is not Valid

MS tells me (KB article 837116) to install a COM+ Rollup package. The Dutch
localized version is not available on the site and the English version
doesn't install telling me it had the wrong language. Can anyone tell me
where to get the right update?
