Unable to consume web service (XSD:any)

I am consuming a third party web service from my orchestration. They
have the below message type is their wsdl:

<message name="operationResponse">
<part name="return" element="xsd:any"/>
</message>

It seems that BizTalk/.NET has problems with the xsd:any element. This
is an Oracle web service. Has anyone had this issue before?
