SQL updategrams: delete and insert

Hi!

In my orchestration I have to get some records from a web service and then
insert them all into a table in the database. But, before inserting I have to
delete ALL records that may already exist in the table. What is the simplest
way to do it? Can I do it with only one updategram? If so, how, in not, what
else should I do?
