Hello,

I am a bit new to Biztalk and I am just wondering why i need to undeploy
before i can deploy and confirm that Biztalk actually got through the changes
I did..

If I only deploy the changes I made are not in there....

This seems very obscure to me

Please advice

You should restart the host instance your application is running under
before the runtime engine actually gets the last deployed changes..

Hi,

You should take a bit of time to look into automating the BizTalk
deployments on your dev machine. It takes a couple of hours to get your head
around how it works, but after that you will save so much time with the
build-undeploy-deploy-restart-test cycle. The link is here:

Alan

There is also a great article here explaning when you need to do a
deployment versus just a re-GAC and restart. Saves me loads of time!!
