Implement a Resequencer

| Hi!
I would like to implement the eai pattern Resequencer (defined at
http://www.eaipatterns.com/Resequencer.html).
Anyone who has got any strategy suggestions, which orchestration shapes to
use and which to avoid?

some time ago Alam Smith (mvp) wrote code to represent four eai patterns,
Resequencer included... check her workspace here
