Author Calling Orchestration from a dot net assembly thru code

I have a BizTalk orchestration which is published as a web service. I can
consume the web method from a dot net assembly.
But if I want to invoke the same orchestration thru code from my dot net
assembly by adding in the reference to the BizTalk project dll deployed in
GAC, I cannot do this.
The way we can refer to a dll and using it we can create the instance of a
class and then invoke the public methods by calling them using the object,
Can I do the same thing to instantiate and call the orchestration.

Any help on this would be highly appreciated.

thanks,
Manash
