BizTalk Server Orchestration - WSE with BizTalk Orchestration

This is the scenario,

I have an orchestration and I want to send WSE SOAP messages to this
orchestration through TCP/IP. Does this mean that I need to publish
this orchestration as a WSE Web Service? If so is there a way to
actually specify that it woudl receive messages through TCP/IP??

Right now seems like I have to publish the orchestration as a web
service using the WSE Web Services publishing Wizard. And taking it
implicitly that I need to make HTTP calls to invoke these web methods.

Can anyone throw some light on this? Thanks.
