Error in using sql adapter

I am using biztalk server for insert records in to dabase from xml file
i am using sql adapter for this
after reading xml file it throws an error
"Error in accessing the part data or one of its fragments. The part or
fragment may not exist in the database."
i have created samle from the reference of msdn url
http://msdn.microsoft.com/library/d..._adapt_tbdk.asp
is there any solution for this?

Did you install Service Pack 1 for biztalk 2004?.

the sp1 for biztalk 2004 is installed
