Mahesh,
you asked to change web folder application Pool property to Run under
BizTalk ISOLATed HOST............but i cannot see any list item
containing biztalk word. i can see following items in Win2003 server
IIS

1. DefaultAppPool
2. hwsPool
3. SharePointPool
4. ...one more share point related pool
5. STS related four pools
6. tpmWSpool

please let me know how i can resolve the same error. i am stuck in
this problem since last two days...

You can create it yourself.
in 2003 server:
1. open IIS
2. right-click "ApplicationPool", and select "New(N)"
3. select "ApplicationPool(A)", and naming its identity.
4. assign the user to the new app-pool
