Hi,
I'm looking for some kind of script that i can run to enable / disable my
receive locations.

I think there's one in the BizTalk sdk, have a look at
%SystemDrive%:\Program Files\Microsoft BizTalk Server
2004\SDK\Samples\Admin\WMI\Enable Receive Location\VBScript
