In an atomic scope, can the Stream obtained from XLANGPart.RetrieveAs() be
assigned to a variable and reused in another shape within the same atomic
scope?

I will say a tentative yes, I tried something similar a few weeks ago and it
worked.

Make sure your data types match.

Did you take it further, ie. deploy it, or was it more of an experiment?

Thanks!

It was more of a test, I did deploy it, the only difference was the scope
shape: I didnt use it but I dont see a reason why what you are doing wont
work.
