I am looking for step-by-step documentation on how to setup the MSMQ ordered
delivery orchestration from scratch.

Is there something out there in writing explaining why a scope is used / the
minimum number of property that must be set in order to achieve ordered
delivery?

I have searched high and low and I think this would be VERY beneficial.

I have reviewed, in depth, the "%Program Files%Microsoft BizTalk 2004
Adapter for MSMQ\SDK\Send Orchestration Sample".

Data Flow Architecture: >>Program => MSMQ Queue => BizTalk => MSMQ Queue =>
Program
Software Configuration: >>BizTalk 2004 SP1 / >>BizTalk 2004 MSMQ v2 /[vbcol=seagreen]

Thanks in advance,

Hi,

I think that the sample gives you all the information that you need on
'Ordered Delivery'.
It mentions how you have to set the Receive Port -> Ordered Delivery and
also the Send Port -> Delivery notifications to true.
I do not think that you need to enclose the orchestration in scopes,
unless you want to use ACK/NACK's for delivery notification errors.
