Author support for "iso-8859-1" encoding

Hello!

I'm receiving messages from a web service via a soap adapter and the
messages are encoded with the iso-8859-1 standard. Does biztalk support that
standart? The schema adapter doesn't seem to be able to open an iso-encoded
schema.

I should also be able to send messages encoded with iso-8859-1 from my
orchestration to a web service.

How can I approach this problem? Thanks in advance,
