logical ports not showing up for enlisting!

Hi,
when I deploy a orchestration with send and receive ports, they are not
showing up in the orchestrtion for binding it to the actual ports? can any
one site the reason.

I am able to create the ports(so no permission problem), when it comes to
enlisting i am not finding out the send and receive ports for binding it with
the actual porrts.

I even un-installed biztalk and then installed, but still no luck
