Start Orchestration doesn't show available orchestrations

Hi, I am trying to invoke the orchestration (orch1.odx) from a different
orchestration (orch2.odx). both are in different assemblies. So I have added
reference the reference to assemble. but I am not able to see Orch1.odx in
the drop down list. I am able call the same orchestration from the same
assembly.
Do I need to make any specific changes to call the orchestration in a
different assembly?
