Is there a way to publish my orchestration as a webservice on a remote
IIS?? Thanks.

Once you create the web service on your local box or developer workstation,
you can copy the web service over to another remote IIS box. however, that
IIS box also has to have BizTalk intsalled. Otherwise, you can use ISA or
some other firewall/proxy server as your other box and forward the requests
on to your BizTalk box.
