'Ports' section under 'Configuration' settings not visible.

Hi I am facing a strange problem. Whenever I try to bind a port to an
orchestration, in the pop up window I can only see the 'Hosts' sections but
not the 'Ports' section. In the biztalk explorer, I can see all the send and
receive ports. It is not a problem of importing binding files for sure. I
traced the problem to a couple of system tables in the Biztalk manangement
database. Whenever a port is bound to an orchestration Biztalk creates an
entry in these tables. In my case it seems that entry is not happening. If I
make a dumy entry in the table, I can see the 'Ports' sections.
The tables in question are bts_orchestration_port and
bts_orchestration_port_binding.

Any ideas on the above issue?
