MySAP and Delivery Notification

Has anyone been able to successfully configure MySAP and Delivery
Notification so that your orchestration received a notification if the
IDOC cannot be delivered to the SAP system? When I do this my
orchestration host just stops when it tries to send the document.

Any ideas why?
