BizTalk Server Orchestration - Doubht in Decide shape

Hi there,

I used the decide shape in my orchestartion and set only True condition.Else
portion i did not handle .From the orchestration flow it seems that it
receives and then the first record goes to else condition and it stops there
itself.It never goes to next or send the other information.

If I want to receive the data from one table and check each record on one of
its value and then insert it to another table , How should the orchestration
be set ?
