Thanks mate I will compare the schemas and determine the difference.

The was something I tried before seeing that you had created a schema.
Please read and reply if you have to. Once again thanks for your help.

If I simplify the input file to:

And set the schema to:

Root - 0xD 0xA for child delimiter
Cust - 0xD 0xA for child delimiter
ID

It works!

So it must be how I am applying the child delimiter.

I would have thought for this input file:

1,sid
2,jack

It would be:

Root - 0xD 0xA for child delimiter
Cust - , for child delimiter (Max Occurs 1)
ID
Name


Is that correct
