I have a project that contain the flat file pipeline version 1.0.0.0.
Orchestration A, B and C use flat file pipeline version. Orchestation D used
Version 1.0.0.1 of the falt file pipeline project.

Orchestation A, B and C is in production ruuning fine. I deployed
Orchestration D that used version 1.0.0.1 of the pipeline project. Now
orchestion A, B and C having error "error cannot find subscription" but
Orchestration D with version 1.0.0.1 execute fine.
When I undeployed Orchestion and its pileline orchration A, B and C with
version 1.0.0.0 again start to execute fine. Can some one help
