I have BAM up and running. I am using the Excel spreadsheet to set up and
view my data in real-time. Almost everything is working as expected - ie Data
Dimensions, Measures, etc. The only dimension I am having problems with is
the Progress Dimension. I have defined Milestones that match certain shapes
in my orchestration, such as received, cancelled and completed. I "see" these
events "fire" when the orchestration is run and when I refresh my
spreadsheet. But, I never see the event that I have mapped to the Delay
Shape.

Is there a problem with using the Delay Shape with BAM? Does the
orchestration hydrate before it records the event to the BAM database?

I am running BizTalk 2004 and use the TPE to map my Milestones to
orchestration shapes and data items to schema items.
