Is there a resource to reference the errors logged in the
Health and Activity Tracking tool? I am not finding
anything in the Help screens or in the MS Knowledge Base.
For example, we are trying to figure out why a message is
not reaching its intended send port, and the HAT query
returns a Message Error Code: 0xc0c01b28 with a vague
description stating: "Error in accessing the part data or
one of its fragments. The part or fragment may not exist
in the database." Thanks for any advice you can offer.
