BizTalk adapter for FTP problems

| Hi
I have just installed this adapter onto our biztalk 2002
machine and I cannot get the service to stop or start
without showing an error in the services section , this
is the error message showing and I dont know how to take
it from here , any help would be greatly appreciated.
