Does the Beta version of MQ Adapter for Biztalk 2004 support the above headers?
If so, are there any restrictions or etc...

Yes, the beta version supports it as well. The most recent version posted
on beta place for MQSeries Adapter is the release candidate - we recommend
you to use that.
Unlike MQMD, MQXQH, MQIIH, MQCIH, we do not directly expose these headers,
but you can write or read MQRFH and MQRFH2 headers from the message using
pipeline components.
