Problems with BizTalk Web Services Publishing Wizard

Hello all,
I am trying to publish the simplest BTS-2004 project as a web service.
Unfortunately while trying to do so, I receive the Null Reference
Exception Error from the wizard.
The project is built, deployed and working properly. My port types are
all public. I have tried it for several projects and I keep receiving
the same error all the time.
Anyone has any idea what's going on?
