2 servers running Win2K3 Web Edition and AC 2000 SP2 in a workgroup. Setup
fine and no problems until I restarted the servers. Now I am getting an
error on a cluster member saying that it "Failed to authenticate, or connect
to, SQL Server (0xc0140060)."

I have tried to remove member from the cluster and run the AC CLUSTER /clean
command but when I tried to add it back to the cluster I get the same error
that it "Failed to authenticate, or connect to, SQL Server (0xc0140060) and
is unable to connect to the cluster.
