Application Center Setup - Application center Staging Server

Hello.

Regarding the Application center Staging Server , I don't think I can really
find some useful information about how to set it up.
Right now we are running Application Center on 3 servers and we are
deploying the updates directly on the master server.
For security reasosn I want to implement a Staging Server and deploy on thet
one instead.

I understand the concept but I don't know exactly how the setup should look
like.
Any tips , links or examples ?
