Pocket PC App needs embedded VB Runtime...how to install?

| Hi.
I just got an iPAQ and would like to install PocketPC Expense Report. When
I do, it says I need embedded VB Runtime. Found it on web, but it's just a
cab file. How do I install it?

If it's a .cab file, like mine was, just drag it to a location on your Pocket PC and run it from your Pocket PC... | |

Is there a location on the pocketpc like my computer where I need to put it
and what does "Run it from your PocketPC" mean? Once I copy it to the
"location", do I run the app like normal?
