Installing AppCenter 2000 SP2 on existing Windows 2003 SP1

How do i install Application Center 2000 SP2 on an existing Windows Server
2003 SP1?
I get and error message saying there's compatibility issuies.
I can't to the Resolution explained at:
http://support.microsoft.com/?id=891330 because alot of stuff is missing to
do it.
