Setup under W2k3 SP1 - msde does not install (Error 2835)

| Hi,
tryed to install ac sp2 on clean win2003 Enterprise Server with SP1.
AC sp2 installation with fixes is no problem as long as MSDE (Perflogging)
is not choosen as a setup option.
The msde Installation fails before and after the SP1 Hotfixes are applied.
Also an installed MSDE did not help....
I tried
http://support.microsoft.com/defaul...23120121120120- Complus etc fine. No additional componentens.
I included the error code as PS.
Please help

| Please post your ac_setup.log or start at the top and search for "return
value 3" and copy that line and 10 lines above it and post it.
