MapPoint 2006 North America Runtime CD Name

We recently the downloaded Mappoint 2006 install CD ISOs and burned them to
CDs for the program to install. However, the runtime CD must be named with a
specific name or Mappoint will not install while performing a full
installation. What name should we give the North America Runtime CD?
