HI
IN AC2K though my replication to member server are working
fine. only sites, 3 folder and GAC is configured for
replication . i frequently get error in the event log in
memberserver.

That usually means you have a resouce in a application that is invalid -
such as a file system path that does not exist anymore.
Try looking at each application and make sure all resources are valid and
sync each application individually to see if you can reproduce the error.

Thank You

Hi George Cheng

Thanks for the help!!.
All the application are valid,each application was
individually synched . I dont see any error's being
reproduced in the eventlog.

You will need to get simultaneous debugviews from both servers while
reproducing the error:

How to perform Debugview tracing:

1. Turn on tracing in the registry. Setting "Level"=dword:00000003 provides
the MOST detailed output, however, it also impacts performance the most.
If tracing for an extended amount of time, you may consider level 2 (error
and warning) or level 1 (errors only).

a. Execute TraceOutput.reg, located in the \Support directory on the
Application Center 2000 CD-ROM.

OR

Copy and paste the following text into a text file named TraceOutput.reg
and execute.

& #91;HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsof
t\Windows
NT\CurrentVersion\Tracing\ACS]
"AlwaysODS"=dword:00000001
"Level"=dword:00000003
"ControlFlags"=dword:0000ffff
"Active"=dword:00000001

2. You must stop and start all the Application Center services including
the COM+ Component Load Balancing service. The simplest way to do this is
to reboot the server. Alternatively, you may restart services manually.

3. Begin capturing debug output using debugview from SysInternals
(http://www.sysinternals.com). Run debugview on both the source and target
servers simultaneously when troubleshooting deployment or synchronization
issues.

a. Using Debug View to capture output:
i. Debug View is a Win32 application. Once executed, it will immediately
begin capturing.
ii. On the capture menu, make sure Capture Win32 and Capture Global Win32
are checked

4. While capture debug output (Step 3), reproduce the problem. Once you
have reproduced the problem, proceed to Step 5.

5. Stop capturing.

a. Stopping Debug View from SysInternals.

i. At the menu, select Capture | Capture Events Ctrl+E. Save the output log
by selecting File | Save As…

ii. Send the output file (ex: DebugView.txt) to Microsoft Support.

If you have any questions or concerns, then please contact your support
professional.

Thank You

Hi

I was wondering if you found what this problem is/was. We just upgraded to SP2 and the errors started showing up.

Thank you
