Author Error Message after system reboot

I received this message after I rebooted my Windows 2000
server: "at least one service or driver failed during
system startup, use Event viewer to examine log for
details"

In Event Viewer log details - it read: "The following boot
start or system start driver(s) failed to load sonysdx-
SESFT.

I checked both my tape drive along with my CD - both can
read tapes/CD's.

Please advise and thank you in advance.
