Missing Boot.ini file, Win2k server sp4, system operational,

Attempting to create boot disk for mirrored serial ata raid on test server. Location of boot.ini seems to be the issue. Have completed the view options to enable system files to be displayed. Search in form *.ini Boot.* does not produce file location.
