Application Center Administration - website indentification loses config

I am having an issue with website indentificaiton section in IIS 6.0 and
application center installed.Config is set to all unassigned.There is only 1
static ip assigned to the server.However every so often the site goes down
and I need to force this setting to the IP address and then back to
unassigned again.When the site is down it's not accessible using the IP
address either.There are 2 nodes in this config.

any ideas ?
