How do I launch a program using Visual Basic Scripts?

I am configuring a program to run as a service on one of my server machines.
I am using SRVANY.exe along wtih INSTSRV.exe to load my Service which will
start the process of launching a visual basic script. That will start an
application and then provide instruction on opening a database file, THEN it
needs to provide the login information to the UI of the application.

Does anyone know if I can do this using vbs scripts?
