Error Code: -2146368492 During MOM 2005 Installation

| Hello,
I am trying to install MOM 2005 in our test environment (Virtual PC, Windows
Server 2003 R2, SQL 2005) but keep getting this error: "Failed to create MOM
DAS COM+ Application. Error Code: -2146368492 (The indentity or password set
on the application is not valid)" . I click "OK" and then get this error:
"Configuring MOM database failed. Error Code: -2147024809 (The parameter is
incorrect).
I have reset the passwords for both the DAS and MSA accounts with no luck,
as well as added them to the local admins group.
Any suggestion?
TIA,
Jim Willson
