Application Center Usage - FrontPage 2000 Application Error

When creating a new page in my website, and upon saving the page a message
screen appears asking if I want to send an error report, I say "yes", and
clicked the more information tab and this message appears:

Microsoft FrontPage HTTP://Server8080:Frontpg.exe application error

Instruction at "0x00000004". The memory could not be "read"
Click on OK to terminate this program.

Unstalling and reinstalling FrontPage did not fix this problem.

Please advise what I need to do to fix this problem. Thank you!
